Only difference between CSCO and PRST is that CSCO has $378,196,000 in cash and $1,448,381,000 in Short-term investments according to a 10-Q filed on Dec. 9th. PRST on the other hand was down to $$2,694,492 in cash and $3,073,971 in marketable securities at the end of Q3. CSCO has no bank debt while PRST has $5,200,000, and seems to be suffering cost overruns on it's capital expenditure program.

Slight difference I'm sure you will agree!
