Interesting approach to the issue MQ.

It appears that those on the side of criminal illegals, i.e. those that refuse to label them as law breakers sponging off of those here legally, just do not want borders of any kind.

Perhaps your idea is the only real approach that will get those that do not want citizenship of any kind on board.
