Some interesting info, like that they haven't complied with NYSE rules
requiring shareholder approval of the debenture offering .... proposal
for authorized stock to increase from 20MM to 40MM

Because I made a point on APM. (And probably covered too early. Oh well. You don't go broke taking profits.)

There's nothing personal in this. As far as I'm concerned the stock can now go to infinity.
