- Halo recharging - GG, I'm decades-long in the tooth, dealing with literally thousands of customers and others. When I see false stuff being presented as objections, it means few things. Either the person is ignorant and just needs to be shown the correct information, or they are deliberately obtuse or dishonest, with motivations that they don't want disclosed.

The Ontario electrical code you provided is such an example.

Try reading it again to see where you have gone wrong. Hint = it was about BURIED cables.

Mostly people are ignorant Luddites who have a very limited ability to imagine what's doable and economic and technologically a good idea. They see things as they are and think that's how it should be. Their safe zone. Their 'we always do it this way' security blanket. I have dealt with it all my life.

At times that lack of thinking has cost me big bucks when I made the mistake of thinking those I was investing in could not possibly be as obtuse as they had to be to fail as they did. But they were and did. Globalstar LP. RoamAD. South Waikato Processing Facility [an infant formula dairy factory].
