I didn't download it, although I tried. However, I was just looking at the Washington Times site and realized a popup from Firefox telling me it was preventing an "outdated version of Adobe Flash" from running. It then offered me the opportunity to "allow anyway" or "continue blocking", which I decided to continue. Not sure what's going on here. Do I need AF, or not? If so, where do I get a clean version?

I'm going to run Malwarebytes right now, just in case I may have inadvertently picked up a germ.
