>>22,960,488 shares of AMERICA ONLINE registered for sale in December

Very interesting. Of the 102M shares, 80.9% are held by 386 instituitions, that means only about 20M are floating.
Are insider holdings counted as part of instituitional holding?
In either case, it seems that a significant number of shares have been thrown into the float in the market (some possibly new from insider options exercise).
While normally this would push the price down we have seen the price go up; so who the &^%$# is buying?

"22,960,488 shares of AMERICA ONLINE registered for sale in December via Form 144 by officers, director, CEO, CFO, and affiliated persons."

WHAT? That can't be right, is it? They only own about 28 million shares? If that was the case, then this stock should be hitting the floor right now.
