Most of the Millenials are excellent at writing in Python all kind of mostly useless application that they mostly use by themselves with a marginal effect on productivity. Their connection to smart phones is actually counterproductive as their preoccupation with what their friends do in real time, consumes precious time.

The practical application that truly improve people lives are far and between, Apps now are a craze as the Rock Stars in 1980

In general they lack creativity of real things and without their smart phone and web-connection they are totally lost in space.

Very few really excel in a profession. There are plenty of examples and on that is very obvious is the way the Chinese conduct their R&D - just shooting in all direction - the groups are large and from all their noise something meaningful results unrelated to the actual man hours invested.

Only wonder how they would perform in a Vietnam or Korean war, not to mention that in a WWII type of war they would be classic losers when facing a real determined army.

..... and IMHO Putin realized this and therefor he is so assertive in the Baltic's and ME to playing the big DOG with an economy 1/10 the size of the US.
