If anyone starts talking about government contracts again, here is a likely recipient:

12:05 ET Computer Associates (CA) 54 13/16 +1 7/8: Software company unveils its CA-Fix/2000, a new component to CA Discovery 2000, a millennium bug repair product.

Seems like ZITL will have some competition in the dog and pony best of breed show. Government managers know CA; they don't know ZITL/MD.
