The dollar is now near term oversold, so I would expect to see a possible bounce now, and that would more than likely take gold lower and maybe even stocks higher for now... but regarding the dollar, only a relief bounce before new lows are attacked and made... the June dollar closing at 99.44 on Friday, I suspect after a recovery bounce that the dollar will be moving toward the 92.00 level before another major rally could occur... this is not a target, I don't like targets, but 92.00 would certainly be a reasonable place for a respectable low to be made...

Of course, this is just looking at the charts, but it's always fun to take hunches and if they're right, then a few bucks can be made on those hunches, as well...

Here's a monthly chart of the banking index, notice the outside month we just now completed... this is not bullish near term...
