Many of the same things you and I were discussing a decade ago still with us and getting worse. Plus many other issues pertinent to his unique causes that have been bigger failures than GWB's stupid Iraq invasion as anyone can now play the 'victim' and we are far from the country we were eight years ago let alone back in 2000. The answer as usual will be more debt into housing especially like UK, Canada and Australia and hopefully the animal spirits will come back before we get that great depression 2 down the road.. Training wheels for our hero the entire eight years. Imagine if we never raised rates starting August 2004?
