Mr Tobias "lets save the world from the terrorists" Ellwood, should not have been in that picture. He should have been reprimanded for endangering parliament in a supposed terrorist attack.... and he should not have been promoted in that incident. What would have happened if REAL terrorists had planned an attack on Parliament and he had acted against the strict orders and procedures?? The guy is a loose cannon to say the least, and not trust worthy in my considered opinion. There isnt just a blood stain plastered on his forehead. He has the unfortunate characteristic of being near too many coincidences.
