Neil,

<<Please don't tell me Brenda C looks like Cindy Crawford. And for the record i refered to her as a "one woman gang". <g>>>

For some reason, when somebody mentions "Crawford", I think of "Craig", not "Cindy". <g>

I stand corrected, but she doesn't look like a "one woman gang" either. <g> I'm not sure who she looks like, but she certainly is an attractive lady.

Based on the thrashing she has given Ancor on the marketing front, I sort of pictured her as a female version of King Kong Bundy from the World Wrestling Federation. <g>

On a more serious note, I agree with you that it doesn't seem possible that McData's 1996 revenue could have been only FC switches. They must have other sources of revenue. I'm beginning to wonder if we are only seeing the tip of the iceburg here, as far as the Fibre Channel market is concerned. I can't imagine that we are grossly underestimating the number of OEMs out there, but I suppose we could be low on the number of integrators and end-users that could be Fibre Channel customers. That would broaden the base for the revenue stream, and possibly get us to those astronomical numbers from Morgan Keegan. I think we will just have to wait and see how big these contracts are, whoever gets them.
