Here's how to do it: Pass a clean repeal that sunsets it in 24 months. Then bring the people together that can put a workable replacement together.

What Obama and the Dems created took them 13 months. The GOP can KEEP the PROMISE and kill Obamacare now with a delayed ending. Plenty of time to replace it with something else if they want.
