Mike, since you talked to the company, when did they expect the 5 mil
to arrive?

Thanks

I just talked to the company and they expect trading to resume this Wednesday Jan. 7, 1998.

As I said earlier I would rather that it be halted for another 10 days but If not that's OK too!!!

I also expect that the $5 mil will be here in Denver within the next week!

IMO, these are examples of some of the reasons that the nays stay around here. You people are not looking at this realistically. Some of them (the nays) have experience in SEC halts and are trying to tell you what to expect. You are not listening. You are still saying that it will open up again tomorrow? Why should it? They released an 8-K. Where are the 10-Q's? The company is saying that they expect it to open tomorrow. What if it doesn't.

I have been through one trading halt and that was with a NASDAQ stock and it opened down 1/2. I sold on the rebound, but it hasn't got back up to the pre-halt price in a year and a half. From the sidelines I have watched SEXI, GIFS and GRNO and even though two are trading now, they are much lower. Look at history folks or you will be doomed to repeat it. Question why the SEC would stop trading. Don't just believe what the company feeds you.

Good luck,

Eric
