<<I also believe that sometimes this year SQNT will be mentioned quite abit as a serious takeover candidate...and maybe taken over anyway...NUMA-Q must make its mark on the IT community>>

The company acts too proud to let this happen They are getting a reputation as a people company with their emphasis on employee issues and customer support and performance quarantees. If they don't already have poison pill measures in place, I would think they just might start if they sense they could be a target.

Regarding their growth rate, I don't think the company wants to outgrow it's capabilities by overselling. It has a big turnaround project at Oxford Health Plans and Boeing is an extremely exacting customer. With successes in these accounts, SQNT will have have a sterling record of achievement, but that takes time. With the absence of stellar growth, the stock price will wobble around and should give some good opportunities for trading with a safe bet that the stock will end up higher. Your plan to buy around 18 looks appealing if you can get it.

<..i actually think SQNT might miss their target this quarter..>

I don't think this will be the case. Goldman analyst, L. Conigliaro historically has been somewhat skeptical of SQNT. She's the one who hinted that SQNT might not only make quarter, but also might be building a backlog. Should be noted that she's also the analyst following SUNW. I don't think she would have been as positive on SQNT as she has been without having a pretty good indication from the company that things were going well this quarter.
