I believe global markets will have to come to grips with the substantial moves that many of the individual country indexes have had over the past year to year and half, depending on each chart. Nearly all of the major players have had large % gains. I don't see this as troubling, as the global economic environment has similar substantial improvements over this same period of time.

I am curious, more than concerned, as to how all of the changes in their underlying currencies will effect the companies within each country. Where are the disconnects between the stock market, the currency and their near term future GDP/economic situation?
