Hahaha... that message was so long ago I forgot I had done an APPLE reading

this was the message where I did it

Message 31023091

Now I know what you are talking about.... welcome back

I like the $144.00 as an achievable objective...
Yeah... that worked out quite well didn't it. The problem with a further prediction is that we are running out of materials to make a prediction... it has been a pretty steady climb.

In that message I used a P&F chart for AAPL with a box size of $4 and that was where I got the $144 figure.

but I don't think I can make Apple P&F charts even coarser and predict reliably

So I made a similar chart as you did using weekly data and extrapolated the resistance line and price line

so... we come to your original prediction of $160.00... the extrapolation of the price line is a bit iffy as it is curved... So I wanted to see if a RENKO daily chart would help. A renko chart is a Japanese chart and is described in Stockcharts.com as follows:
Invented in Japan, Renko charts ignore time and focus solely on price changes that meet a minimum requirement. In this regard, these charts are quite similar to Point & Figure charts. Instead of X-Columns and O-Columns, Renko charts use price “bricks” that represent a fixed price move. These bricks are sometimes referred to as “blocks” or “boxes.” They move up or down in 45 degree lines with one brick per vertical column. Bricks for upward price movements are hollow while bricks for falling price movements are filled with a solid color (typically black).
Here is a 5 year daily Renko chart with extrapolations

I like this chart better than a candlestick chart of the same size.... the reason is because the lines are straight and make extrapolations easier.

Here the lines cross a bit higher at about $167.00

So I would say that a high of between $160.00 - $167.00 could be possible

here is my "Trigger chart"

This energizer bunny looks to be taking another leap... the indicators are showing the beginning of another breakout... It has to fall sometime... I guess it is not its time yet.

Good trading... I hope this helps.... not easy to predict such a long riser though.
