If you knew even 1/100 of what you pretend and lie that you know about internet security, you'd know that your ISP point means virtually nothing, except something else for the Establishment to yammer and spew hate about, or invest in as the money whores that they are. There is no internet privacy left except for a small gap if you run through a VPN or if all your traffic that can be encrypted is encrypted. Dark fiber can help, but is difficult to set up and must have encryption to be truly secure (excluding NSA & CIA tools). Quantum computing might help, but it's trivial to corrupt/invalidate. You lose... and again... as usual.
