That's your interpretation. Of course, long time readers here have extensive exposure to your legal expertise. "Microsoft has done nothing wrong", right? The brilliant minds of Microsoft are constitutionally incapable of doing anything wrong. There are appropriate avenues in the legal system for resolving these disputes. Nobody on the Microsoft side seems to have much respect for them, unless things go Bill's way, but that's life. I'd be happy to see Bill take his band of merry men over to Indian, I got my doubts about that though. In terms of government interference, they're probably better off here than they'd be anywhere.
