I thought that PSI's agreement with IXC is that PSI will not be able to carry voice traffic on the OC-48's. Is it, perhaps, they aren't allowed to carry "traditional" phone traffic, but is allowed to carry voice-over-IP?

Thanks for your recent article posts (including the 12/22 duplicate) (I was out of town too). I am new to this thread although I have been way long on PSIX for awhile now. Sure hope it can turn around this year. My broker recommended it to me last summer when it was in the mid teens and they expected it to hit 48 within a year and be EBIDTA (probably abbrev. wrong) positive. Boy did he blow that. I averaged down a lot since then but still major in the red. Deanne
