From the press releases I have read, Asensio said the injunction against Acquarius would come soon (no dates here, the court decides when) and as far as I know all the source code that was necessary was handed to CDN.
Jan 15, they will vote on more shares for the merger and need a shareholder approval (which means that the shareholders should not be pissed off at that time).
However, the merger vote is a lose-lose situation for AVNT whether it carries or not.
I don't know of any other events happening that time.

LM,
Jan 15 is the date to turn over the source code for all AVNT products to independant investigators led by CDN. It is also the date of the meetings to vote on the TMAI merger and the stock price is specified to be within a certain range for the merger stock issue or the deal changes. Its in the S4 and I will try to look it up and post numbers. The merger is in danger if the price of AVNT falls below a certain level. The TMAI merger is a $50 million looser for AVNT already. TMAI had contracts with CDN that were canceled by CDN when the merger was announced. TMAI can't understand why CDN pulled the contracts when they were merging with AVNT (duh). The investment banker doing the merger is also issuing press and is the lead market maker for AVNT its easy to see who is manipulating the stock higher on the bogus news. The fee is $two million for the merger work by Wessel, Arnold.
