I have mine paid off!

A lot of people got hurt thinking a lot of leverage would make them wealthy.

In 2009 when my account collapsed I took out a second on my home and eliminated all margin.

It took a huge amount of fear out of living.

Over subsequent years I paid off my house and never had margin again.

I will use it a bit when I know I'm getting dividends that will soon put me back to cash - but not much.

I had $7.00 and change interest expense this last year.

Took plenty of hard knocks to get conservative at last. <smile>

Bob
