Such absolute BS! If anywhere men and women have been on equal terms for a long time and by tradition, that is in Sweden! Ask my late mother, a Swedish pharmacist, who married a Danish man in her 2nd and moved (with us) to Denmark in the early 1950s! In Sweden she went out fishing with 'the boys' - she instantly just became one of them!
In Denmark, stay home in the kitchen, please!!! And so forth.
Swedish men and women have been on equal terms since long before this issue ever came up in the US and other places.

Only the 'new' Swedes, those immigrants let in by the millions, have a problem here, which they 'share' with the Swedish women.
