They aren't drop downs so to say. You must have seen them? Yahoo is the main culprit. Let me see if I can paste an image. If you look here is a page I visited reading a story about the Atlanta bridge fire. While scrolling my mouse moved over to the right where there were spaces for other news stories. You can see a block popped up pushing this message about the comments to a story of a man buying powerade for some kids with the neutrality of the stories comments. It's in reference to the story to the right that I did not click on but only that my mouse rolled over that article. If i scroll down further the other news stores will do the same thing but I am not clicking to see them, only moving my mouse over the picture. It's intrusive. If I can't solve it and I will....I will just stop reading Yahoo news. Hopefully this picture explains it better than me.
