At the moment, (especially here in the US) the ground is very fertile but I question whether the proper seeds will get planted on time and can they be properly tended?

if various other possibilities and events take place to alter that window. We could see powerful new equity highs as well


I would stretch out the window a bit more than the end of April to say the end of June but we could find out by the end of the month.....
