It is a difficult adjustment for me to even think about redistribution in this way; but lots of things are going to have to change. I really would like to see a change from a focus on A having more than B, even worse the A tribe having more than the B tribe, to a focus on how much is enough. There seems to be some thinking out there that unless B has as much as A he, by definition, doesn't have enough. I think that redistribution is more acceptable when the goal is enough rather than the same. And when the process involves teaching how to fish.
