An analysis I would like to see done----is on race and gender of those
who lost their homes when Obama started the foreclosure on homes
across the nation immediately after his first election.

And, on those employed as new employees who were not citizens. And, on
those hired who were not Citizens but making decisions. And on those who bought the foreclosed
properties.

Then there were the investors put up $ without the information being made public until
they were losing their investments.

Almost like a ponzi scheme.

I am just recalling as I write------ the system in Hawaii------ was called 'lend-lease'.
A homeowner did not own the land that the house or building was built on, only
the structure on top of the land was owned by the "home owner". A large risk if one lives on
our mainland of America and puts $ into a property there. Hurricanes a risk there.

This may not have been truth of all properties there; however it was true of
beach properties., our family considered buying and decided against it for various
reasons. In retrospect, would never have worked. Too much risk.
