Chief, Mudslide Le Gris was never an issue but his conduct provides more than enough solid ground (not the mud slide type) to seek damages through the courts.

Chief, accordingly .......... the 12 dissidents would open themselves up to be recipients of a judgement for millions of dollars in damages incurred to Canada Carbon Inc considering that late last year Canada Carbon was in active negotiations for financing the Miller project and if the dissidents misconduct blew that up .......... damages are real and significant and quantifiable.
