I think Triffin was saying that tongue-in-cheek but I am often wrong but seldom in doubt. If the Russians colluded with anyone, it was the dems. My gut tells me that Putin and the Russians are laughing their respective asses off at the US press and are reveling in their new found power. Everyone is trying to spy on the other guy and I have no doubt that the Russians would take advantage of whatever they could just as we would. Then there are hackers everywhere who are not connected to the state. I believe Assange that the info came from internally in the US probably from a disgruntled Bernie supporter.
