Unmasking is not a crime. Using surveillance to target private citizens through fraudulently claiming to target foreigners and then leaking information about private citizens to the press, is absolutely illegal. Rice is guilty. The pervasiveness of her surveillance of Trump team members and her repeated requests for unmasking of his team members, and her lying to NBC about her knowledge of the unmasking. Contact with Russian Ambassadors is not a crime. Flynn did nothing illegal, but he did lie to Pence, the price for that being he lost his job. Rice on the other hand lied and committed a felony or multiple felonies. She should pay as well, at the very least, she should be censured by Congress and have all of her security credentials permanently revoked. If there was real justice in this country, they she would go to jail, along with Hillary. Obama should probably pay a price as well, but they won't find a smoking gun on him and Rice will never betray him, because she's a loyal dog, despite being a traitor to this country.
