How could you hear an opening price 18 hours before it opens?
Your list only includes 1/2 of the stockholders. What about the other half. I just do not believe that no one will sell. Thats almost like saying Holyfield will fight Tyson again. (Then on the other hand I heard Holyfield is ready to fight Tyson again). sheesh!

The company's eviction from their leased plant in Nicaragua and the following condition brings forth another question. What is the status of the $600,000+ of assets listed on the corporate books?

(2) that since the date of the financial statements filed with the Commission with Olympus' most recent periodic report, there has been no material adverse change in the financial condition, business or properties of Olympus taken as a whole.

EDIT: THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO THE MERGER

<<<The Cartel/Cavalry has shown SOLIDARITY, in fact , if the MM's drop the price, 0we'll increase our positions. We are only 50,000 certs short of having the entire float certified. We aren't selling.>>>

Pugs,

Considering that you stated that you were never a part of Riley's "Cartel", then I assume you are stating for the record that you are part of the "Cavalry"??

Just wanted to get that straight.

Regards,

Ron
