now, now angel, Don't try to dance your way out of it. DID YOU SAY THAT: YOU CALLED NASDAQ AND THEY TOLD YOU NO COMPANY WITH AN OPEN INVESTIGATION WOULD GET APPROVED ? You never said I feel, I hope, I believe, I think, In my opinion, etc. YOU CAME OUT AND SAID YOU CALLED AND THEY SAID NO ONE WOULD BE APPROVED! DON'T TRY TO LIE AGAIN NOW. WHY DID YOU LIE ? btw- I called NASDAQ today and asked them if they would ever tell anyone that NO COMPANY WILL GET APPROVED IF THEY HAVE A OPEN REVIEW. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NEVER SAY THAT. The told me, as they told everyone else who called, that just because their is an review doesn't mean they can't get approved. However, the results of the review may effect the listing. YOU LIED! WHY DID YOU LIE ?
