TLW: I think the reference to the lawyer must have been a phone conversation.
TC's comment, IMO. was meant to create confusion.
He was posting IMO his "projections" on what the SEC statement meant.
No where did it say that the brokers would be unwilling to deal in RMIL stock, only that they had to meet certain requirements.
That is my reading of the SEC statement, FWIW. al

You're right....sorry. It was filed under a 1/5/98 Update header and thought it was just that....a 1/5/98 Update.
