** (Off Topic but still interesting....) **

Hi Rich: the "undisclosed firm" .....What about Solectron (SLR)

(Friday December 19, 7:30 am Eastern Time): Solectron (the large outsource assembly firm) picked up another manufacturing facility in a deal with NCR. NCR continues to have Soletron manufacture their PC's but now Solectron owns and operates the facilities. (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/971219/oh_ncr_corp_solectro_1.html)

SLR and JBIL are the premiere electronic assembly "outsource" companies around. They do work for companies such as CSCO, COMS, INTEL and Sun Microsystems. I would not be surprised for the "undisclosed firm" to be one of these companies.

EKS

P.S.: I believe both companies own facilities (and/or presence) internationally or if need be have the resources to acquire a cheap Korean or Indonesian facility. Watch for more consolidations.
