Chief, I'm very confident that the municipalities have a legal opinion in front of them that says they could be found responsible for Canada Carbon Inc. being negatively impacted in closing a financing for the project which could mean a legal judgement against them on top of Mudslide Le Gris and his cohorts. Did the misinformation spread by Mudslide and the knee jerk reaction by council based on that misinformation cause Canada Carbon Inc financial harm? I think there is more to this than anyone has considered. The companies press releases detailed the funding efforts that were underway prior to this bull shit.
