I expect some non-recurring or extra-ordinary charges due to the Celcore acquition. Write-off of in-process R&D, etc. (Just like Novellus did in the acquisition of Varian Thin Films). So expect operating earnings but a net a loss for the quarter.

Do you think this is this visible enough so that it will not be a surprise?

I also have been long for a long time.
