Trimming has never been my strong suit, but I try. At the minimum, I'l stop reinvesting.

RE: Data Centers; DLR & COR

I still hold my DLR but sold out of COR (w/ hindsight s/d have bought more !).

I bought COR either on a secondary or IPO in the teens. I sold out the small position in the mid $20's. I see it is trading at/near an all time high $92.00/share. UG!

These are/were huge growers and one of the best (if not the best) sectors to own during the last 5 years. Great dividend payments that increased and excellent growth.

Good job on accumulating more shares by reinvesting your dividends.

This is a good SA article but really the time to Buy these were five years ago.

My Top REIT Picks For 2016 - February Update: Data Centers Return 7.9%

I continue to hold my DLR but have a hard time paying up for more shares at the current valuation.
