I don't know about you guys, but I think these rumors have come and gone in the past. I would not buy DEC yet unless and until it breaks the $40 with high volume and stay there for a few days. It would be nice to see how the results are going to be this quarter. Does anybody know the announcement date? I am still worried about the SEA problems and its' impact on DEC and other major tech.'s within the next two quarters. AT this point, DEC needs to have an improved and sustainable EPS for the stock to move. With the current condition of technology stocks, it's hard to tell if a takeover might be in the cards. Again, I would only buy based on the EPS improvements. If there's a buy-out offer then we all would be happy. Still holding Jan'99 30 LEAPS. Good luck to all, Hossein
