Mother Teresa is much too easy a target.

What I'd really enjoy would be a skeptical treatment of St. Catherine Teckawitha, whose first and last names I have probably mispelled. The ideal person to write this would be a Jesuit, but they can't because St. Catherine is already a saint and it is too late. Also by this time she has probably become the most totally politically correct saint in the Catholic Church because she was a Native American woman.
