Maybe a truck or two if they used Fabrica's trucks. . .

"...Products will be produced at Fabrica's facility in Mexicali, Mexico and shipped directly to Orchids' U.S. customers...."

If you look at their 2014 earnings for Kimberly-Clark de México, S. A. B. de C. V. (KCDMY), it was a losing year. I would assume it would be the same for Fabrica too. TIS got a pretty good deal for their $36.7mln, buying the U.S. accounts from Fabrica when the sector was in a slump. I went back and checked the TIS stock price for May 2014 and it was around $30.00/share.

Since then, KCDMY's sales & earnings have rebounded and for the past 24 months have shown a 10% annual growth. Their stock price is still 25% below where it was in 2014 mainly due to the strong $US vs the peso.

FWIW, I was surprised that MorningStar even had the financials for KCDMY. The ADR's are thinly traded too.
