I appreciate your comments. I still wouldn't go long at $13 at this time. Just my opinion though. Thank you for taking the time to create such an articulate response.

09:13 ET Nanophase Technology Corp (NANX) 11 5/8: Hope you didn't listen to us and cover your short yesterday. Stk currently indicated 2 5/8-3 5/8 pts lower on news the company expects Q4 results to come in shy of expectations. However,company sees a small profit for the qtr, which would appear to be in line with the $0.01 a share expected by analysts... From briefing.com----IMO looks like time to cover the shorts and go long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
