He wasn't kidding ... except about locking up Hillary. Immediately after the election, he said to his supporters shouting "Lock her up," “That plays great before the election — now we don't care, right?” Trump didn't give a damn about those emails. It was him riling up the rubes. Trump on Hillary AFTER the election: "We owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country." He is after all a bad character with mental and emotional disabilities.
