hi marcos,,,I think it would be better if there was a tradeable market in U as in other commodities,,,not to say that they are not manipulated as well , but with so few big companies involved ,,it reminds me of De Boers....I guess the thing about that oft mentioned , seldom seen "spike" is ,,,where is it??, and how do they all seem to know that it's going to happen,, and it has always come to me as if I'm privvy to some sort of inside knowledge,,which always makes me suspect...<ggg> russell PS,,marcos,,I most certainly am not trying to change your mind , or anyone elses,,,I have the priveledge of changing my mind, 20 times a day,,,and some days ,, that turns out to not be a boon at all..
