I certainly hope China's current leaders and the Deng Xiaoping Foundation don't require troops from Blackwater to control the PLA and the Chinese populace when they establish the global nuclear waste dump in China. If the Party doesn't have the required level of control without outside help, there's really not much point to the entire deal Trump negotiated to make rural China into a glowing success. Or maybe China plans to install the nuclear dump in their new Province in the northern Korean mountains?
