yes it really is and when you add in the Enron's, the Tyco's , WCOM, Madoff... Allan Stanford......

Jon Corzine who was running MF global really absconded with a lot of funds when he moved a huge amount of money to pay off some of his cronies days before the firm collapsed................ hard to believe he was not prosecuted.
