In a press release Monday, Sonic Solutions said it can draw up to $7 million in cash in exchange for common stock. Pricing of common stock will be based on its market price at the time of a draw. Sonic Solutions will determine the timing and amount of individual draws. The credit line will remain in place for about 24 months. Sonic Solutions plans to file a registration statement for the resale of shares issued under the arrangement. Sonic Solutions designs and makes tools to help multimedia artists prepare music, video, film, graphics and entertainment software.
