China has denied any increase of PLA forces in the border region near North Korea, a fact confirmed by other nations with satellite surveillance, including the US Department of Defense. - in.reuters.com

A Human Right Group in Hong Kong reported 2,000 PLA medical and support personnel were sent to the North Korean border to deal with refugees from North Korea, which may or may not be true. This story was subsequentally picked up by Iranian and Russian news sources and the numbers of personnel involved have been exaggerated with each reprinting of the story.

The global glut in grain prices will permit North Korea to avoid famine after losing their coal exports to China two months ago.

Putin must be missing 0bama the weak. Vlad is watching the Chinese work the NK border after the dinner and wondering what was agreed upon between the POTUS and the King of Jordan and the Prez of Egypt.

Assad should be preparing an exit strategery before one is made for him.
