The stock is not OTC as your header says. It's OTC BB. And now it looks like the best you'll be able to do is the pink sheets, where the spreads can choke you.

15C2-11 prohibits marketmakers from making a market unless they're reasonably assured that the financials are current and accurate. Neither one of those conditions prevail at the moment.

And with assets disappearing, the AMEX is a pipedream IMHO.
