It is my understanding that WWS was attempting to takeover a tse listed gold firm to vend in their gold play. I hear that that deal has fallen through and that other deals are being looked at. I don't much care for gold anyway. look for a press release out tomarrow-just a corporate update. GO WWS!

Klaas, As far as the 1 share of Libra Gold for 10 shares of WWS I believe that's correct. But I'm with Tango on this one and in this play for the Uranium. Anything else is just a bonus and I'll gladly take those shares in Libra Gold. I agree that the price will start to move higher as they still have a rights offering to due sometime this year and I'm sure they will not do it down at these prices. It's in their best interest and ours to do the offering at a higher price with a smaller issue. The next month or two looks like it will be very interesting to say the least. The more I look at WWS the more I like what I see. I will be in touch with someone close to WWS later this week and I will let you know of anything that comes of that.

Regards,

RAK
