Rarebird knew that you would make fun of all these chart(palm?) reading. That's why he started to bring in the long term fundamental issues such as the China story to justify his single digit prediction!

I've got an absurd analysis as well. The individual stock "techies" bought the stock between Jul-Oct 96, then backed out because DVD seemed to be premature. Then Jul-Oct 97 bought back in again seeing the inevitability of DVD, but the Asian banking crisis scared those off. Leaving us where we are today. As for tomorrow, who knows. I personally think the dead chickens in China was what the voodoo doctor ordered to drive the price of CUBE upwards.
